Does anyone know how long the Library has been down for or when it will be back up?

I am not totally clear on this but...

I am under the impression that the Library has been down for quite some time, and
no-one really knows when it will be back online.

(I think it came back, fully or partially, for a time...)

I do know that on the few random occasions I have tired to access it since about May
it has not been available.

Is there something in Particular that you were looking for?
