Hi guys, im kind of a noob at this but i was wondering how hard it would be to cross over what i have learned in my control systems class (using Z transform and state variable) and apply it to programming a micro controller. Lets say i want to create a low pass filter do i just create the mathematical equation with in the program and im good to go?

Or is to much simpler / harder than that?

Hi Akeshish -

Actually Humberto did a great tutorial on this. Check it out Here. Make sure you read the description under the video...it explains a great deal.
