I just opened my new Nerdkit about an hour ago and started with the first project. However, I quickly noticed that the crystal oscillator required for the first project is absent. The package has not left my sight since I opened it so it is not possible that I lost the component. What should I do?

Email support<at>nerdkits<dot>com and let them know. Way back when I purchased my initial kit, I had ordered extra's that they missed in the box. They are VERY GOOD about customer care. They will take care of you.

I haven't received a reply yet. In the case that they don't ever reply I will have to refund it. How do you go about doing this?

Hi Ballaw,

The delay was my fault, I apologize. I just replied to the email you sent us.
