Is it possible to have a longer scrolling message which repeats itself that is built into the code and not from minicom?

Check out my post on the forum HERE. I think you may find the code in the post dated 7/21/2010 helpful. That is of course if you are referring to the original NK Led array.

Where did you get the io_328p.h file?

It's in the members download area it's used for the 328p micro's

Read the upgrade documentation there is also a change to the libnerdkit make file for the ATmega328

That is of course if you are using a 328p. If you are using the 168, you don't need to include the file or modify the makefile for the 328. :)
