Gentlemen, I received my nerdkit today.

I registered the led kit first and the nerdkit next.

Now, no matter how I approach it, I cannot download the pdf for the nerdkit. I was able to get the led kit pdf, but now my machine says the nerdkit guide is already down loaded.

I run Linux.

Hi Mike,

I can see that you've successfully registered both the USB NerdKit and LED Array Kit. I'm not sure what's giving you the message about "already downloaded" -- is that from your browser? Did it save it somewhere that you can't find? In any case, I'll be e-mailing you a link to try momentarily. Let us know if that works.

Hey Mike!

Thanks for answering so promptly.

Also, I think I received my kit way ahead of the expected time. Bonus!

No, it's not from the browser, it's from the download app.

The link is reachable, but it's a blank black screen. If I click on it, it turns blue.

Maybe it's something on my end.

Hi Mike,

Glad to hear that the kits got there quickly. :-)

I'll e-mail you the PDFs momentarily, but they're big files so give it a few minutes.

Ok Mike. I got that.

Thanks a lot.

I've got to say, so far I'm as impressed as I was told I would be.

You were very helpful and getting such a quick response is unusual to say the least.

So was Humberto when he responded to my email.
