Everything Else » ATmel AVRISP mkII ISP with ATmel Studio 6 on Windows 8
January 11, 2013 by Ralphxyz |
I know there are not a lot of Studio 6 users but there are a few AVRISP mkII ISP users and Windows 8 is catching on so I set up instuctions in the Nerdkits Library on how to get the AVRISP mkII working in Windows 8. The problem is that the ATMELUSB USB driver is unsigned and Windows 8 by default demands signed drivers. I made up a .pdf outlining the steps necessary to load unsigned drivers in Windows 8. Ralph |
