I know there are not a lot of Studio 6 users but there are a few AVRISP mkII ISP users and Windows 8 is catching on so I set up instuctions in the Nerdkits Library on how to get the AVRISP mkII working in Windows 8.

The problem is that the ATMELUSB USB driver is unsigned and Windows 8 by default demands signed drivers.

I made up a .pdf outlining the steps necessary to load unsigned drivers in Windows 8.

Hi Ralph,

I had exactly the same problem with my usbasp and windows 7 64-Bit. I was searching hours to get a solutions.

This really saves time for all people who ran into the same problem.

I didn't have any problems with Windows 7 x64, but glad it helped.
