Hello,

I just received my nerdkit for Christmas and am going through the initial setup project. When I connect the battery the LCD just flickers, but at regular intervals. @.5 seconds per cycle. I had initially connected the battery to the output pin of the regulator so I am concerned that I cooked something by sending 9V through.

Figured it out.... I need to learn how to count it seems... :) I had the pins on the LCD (11-14) off by two. Thanks anyway.
