Ive completed the led array kit. loaded and ran the test program. All leds light and go out as they should. but ive noticed that they all have a faint glow. a few brighter than most as soon as it starts the test till last led goes off they all go out for a split second. is this normal? im new to the led world. thanks for the help!

This indicates a wiring issue. Current is not evenly being drawn across the circuit. Some LEDs are getting too much, while others are starving.
