Everything Else » Could someone give me a link on composite video protocol?

I want to use a DAC(Digital to Analog Converter) connected to my microcontroller to send an analog signal to a tv. I don't need any code I would just like a link to somewhere on the Internet that will teach me the RCA cable composite video protocol.
