August 01, 2009 by davenelson	Is it normal for the Congratulations message on the LCD screen to slowly fade after plugging in the battery? I have checked the battery and it appears fine. I do get the message, but after a couple of seconds it fades out. Disconnecting the battery and reconnecting it after a couple of seconds and it works again then fades out.
August 01, 2009 by davenelson	Turns out it was the battery that came with the kit. A brand new Duracell fixed it right up. The kit battery looked fine on a multimeter, but when measuring its output voltage when plugged in it steadily dropped.
