Hi,

This is probably the broadest error you can get, so there are quite a few things that could be causing your issue. It basically means that something went wrong in the communication between your PC and the chip. Most of the time this error points to a loose or misplaced wire, or a dead or dying battery. If you include a good close up picture of your setup we might be able to help you spot the problem.
