Hi, I am a newbie and I need a step by step instruction as to how to program the bootloader into atmega168, and what files that goes along with the bootloader aswell. I just got the MK11, Thank you!!

Your programmer isn't officially supported by us, but a few customers have put it together in the past and managed to get it to work. Check out this thread.
